How do you ship?

Items will be packed securely to the best of our ability. However, we are not responsible for any damages caused by the carrier during transit. We are committed to working with the buyer to resolve any issues that may arise.

Shipping carriers: USPS, UPS and FedEx

Handling Time: 2-3 days after the order is placed

How can I track my order?

Specific orders will have a tracking number available that can used to follow the package

Can I return an item or get a refund?

All sales are final and non-refundable. However, rest assured that if something happens to your item during transit, we will work with you to resolve the situation. In case an item gets lost, we will work with the carrier to recover it or submit an insurance claim. If the item is never recovered or the insurance claim does not go through (highly unlikely), we will refund your payment.

Is international shipping available?

Not as of now, we only ship to continental USA and Puerto Rico
