How do you ship?
Items will be packed securely to the best of our ability. However, we are not responsible for any damages caused by the carrier during transit. We are committed to working with the buyer to resolve any issues that may arise.
Shipping carriers: USPS, UPS and FedEx
Handling Time: 2-3 days after the order is placed
How can I track my order?
Specific orders will have a tracking number available that can used to follow the package
Is international shipping available?
Not as of now, we only ship to continental USA and Puerto Rico
My package says “Delivered,” but I don’t see it—what should I do?
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, our responsibility for that shipment ends. We are not liable for lost, stolen, or missing packages after delivery has been confirmed.
If your tracking information shows your order was delivered but you cannot locate it, we recommend the following steps:
- Double-check the shipping address used at checkout
- Look around your delivery area (front door, mailbox, garage, porch, etc.)
- Ask neighbors or household members if they received it on your behalf
- Contact your local post office or the carrier directly—they may have more information
We understand how frustrating this can be, but please note that Olympus Collectibles is not responsible for packages once they are confirmed delivered by the carrier. For added protection, we suggest choosing a secure delivery location or using a service like USPS Informed Delivery or UPS My Choice where available.
